About the Role
Coordinate multiple simultaneous projects for high-throughput Antibody/IgG offerings, managing project execution from initial inquiry through final delivery. This includes managing communication between internal departments to create quotes/Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensuring customers receive proactive updates on project progress.
Responsibilities
- Oversee custom AI/ML Antibody projects from intake to final delivery, ensuring smooth transitions between quoting, production, and Antibody data delivery.
- Gather antibody design requirements to ensure quotes and SOWs accurately reflect customer needs, accurate costing, and the production team's capabilities.
- Prepare quotes and maintain real-time status updates in the project tracker for all issued quotations and active orders.
- Serve as the primary contact for project timelines, data quality, and technical updates; respond to inquiries or route them to the correct internal expert for prompt follow-up.
- Maintain precise records of quotes, orders in progress, and shipments to ensure reliable reporting.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest practical ways to scale operations as the department grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 4–5 years in the life sciences.
- A technical background in AI/ML based antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting, with a proven ability to manage timelines across different departments.
- Ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams to move projects forward without direct authority over those teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards while under pressure.
- A track record of identifying bottlenecks in a workflow and implementing practical, organized solutions that help a team handle more volume.
