About the Role

Reporting to the Head of RevOps, this role owns both halves of Eve's enterprise revenue engine: the strategy that determines where we play and how we win, partnering with sales leaders, and the operating system that makes strategy executable, measurable, and repeatable. On the operations side, you own the RevOps stack, forecasting operating cadences, playbooks, and processes that convert strategy into predictable quarterly execution. On the strategy side, you set the analytical foundation for enterprise growth: segment and account prioritization, coverage and territory design, and the diagnostic work that explains why the funnel behaves the way it does. This is a senior IC role with no direct reports. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running a Monday morning pipeline review and building a segmentation model from a blank page.

Responsibilities

  • Be the RevOps partner to Enterprise sales leadership, defining and driving strategic initiatives, and developing new approaches in ambiguous areas.
  • Own the operating cadence for the Enterprise segment, including pipeline generation strategy, coverage and capacity planning, and systems/reporting.
  • Own the forecast process for Enterprise, including weekly roll-ups, commit/best-case standards, deal-level inspection, and narrative development.
  • Track forecast accuracy, diagnose number movements, and improve the forecasting method.
  • Run continuous diagnostics on Enterprise revenue process gaps, prioritizing by revenue impact and implementing fixes.
  • Own the day-to-day operational health of Enterprise pipeline, including stage definitions, hygiene standards, and inspection cadence support.
  • Translate GTM strategy into executable workflows, automations, fields, properties, and reporting within systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and operational reports for pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and segment performance conversations.
  • Run analyses to identify effective strategies in pipeline coverage, stage conversion, win rate, and sales cycle trends.
  • Own the Enterprise sales playbook as a living document, ensuring process changes are reflected in the playbook and systems.
  • Partner with Enablement to ensure sales process rollouts are successful.
  • Run end-to-end rollouts of new processes, tools, and GTM motions, partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Deal Desk.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate work in analysis, drafting, automations, and agentic workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, or equivalent at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Background in management consulting, finance, or a structured analytical function is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with senior sales leaders, ideally in an Enterprise or complex sales motion with longer cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to challenge views respectfully, bring data to conversations, and drive alignment.
  • Experience turning tribal knowledge into documented, repeatable processes and enforcing data standards.
  • Experience designing territory, quota, capacity, and comp models that flex with growth.
  • Experience aligning Sales, CS, and Finance on shared definitions and handoffs across new business, expansion, and renewal.
  • Experience designing and running the rhythm of the business (weekly forecast calls, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning).
  • Comfortable working through ambiguous business problems with limited precedent.
  • Ability to decompose problems, form hypotheses, pressure-test with data, and land on recommendations.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials.
  • Ability to explain the why, surface tradeoffs, and drive alignment with senior Sales, CS, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Experience at a company growing 2x+ annually where the operating model is rebuilt frequently.
  • Experience owning process or system rollouts from blank page to adopted-and-running.
  • Experience with Enterprise sales motions, understanding how large, multi-threaded, longer-cycle deals move and stall.
