About the Role
The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer-facing role responsible for partnering with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Group's Contractors to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves administrative support functions such as reviewing contracts, ensuring product delivery, scheduling installs, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers.
Responsibilities
- Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
- Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
- Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
- Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
- Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
- Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to two years related experience and/or training.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens.
- Knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers.
- Physical ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to work within non-climate-controlled environments.
