About the Role

END. is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Creative team in London. This role is crucial in developing and executing campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery across various channels. You will be responsible for translating creative visions into strong design systems and leading their rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Develop visual direction and design thinking for campaigns before shoots.
  • Explore how typography, layout, color, imagery, and motion shape campaign identity.
  • Identify compositions, formats, and assets needed from shoots.
  • Take ownership of graphic identity and rollout post-campaign shoot.
  • Turn creative direction and imagery into flexible design systems with clear guidelines.
  • Act as the main design contact for campaign rollout across different teams and channels.
  • Ensure campaign executions are appropriate for their purpose while maintaining campaign coherence.
  • Design campaign assets for paid and organic social, CRM, and homepage.
  • Support store takeovers, pop-ups, launches, events, and online activations.
  • Design signage, invitations, digital screens, and environmental graphics.
  • Prepare artwork and work with external suppliers or fabricators.
  • Attend installations and events to ensure work is delivered as intended.
  • Lead campaign design projects and manage workflow across Brand, Marketing, Social, CRM, Digital, Retail, and Production teams.
  • Build relationships with various teams and align them around a clear visual direction.
  • Find practical solutions for competing channel requirements.
  • Present work confidently and explain design decisions.
  • Manage feedback without compromising the original creative idea.
  • Support other designers with constructive feedback.
  • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines.
  • Make independent decisions or escalate to the Head of Creative when necessary.

Requirements

  • Around five years+ experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, retail, culture, publishing, or an agency working with similar clients.
  • A strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, excellent design craft, and the development of campaign ideas into finished visual systems.
  • Experience owning campaign briefs from early creative development and pre-shoot planning through to cross-channel rollout and final delivery.
  • A clear understanding of how creative should be adapted across paid social, organic social, CRM, homepage, and other digital and physical touch-points.
  • Excellent typography, layout, composition, and image-selection skills.
  • A strong understanding of fashion communication and brand identity.
  • Experience creating flexible campaign systems, guidelines, and toolkits rather than isolated assets.
  • Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Confidence to give direction, explain thinking, and bring people along.
  • The ability to balance creative ambition with audience, channel, and commercial requirements.
  • A collaborative and self-directed approach.
  • Ability to manage several briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Good understanding of responsive design and digital artwork production.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and contemporary culture is essential.
  • Employment is conditional upon having the legal right to work in the UK.
