About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales.
- Give a warm welcome to every customer.
- Help customers find products, answer questions, explain product features, and suggest other items.
- Be available for customers in the fitting room.
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
- Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor.
- Ensure the store and backstore are clean and tidy.
- Stay informed about new products to share recommendations with customers.
- Process customer transactions at the cash register.
- Respect and apply head office policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
