About the Role

This role will shape how the community discovers and shops Sol de Janeiro online, ensuring a joyful and effortless experience. You will partner across departments to bring online moments to life and drive ecommerce growth.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of strategies for navigation, on-site search & filters, and site content.
Sequence and maintain online product assortments to support key sales and marketing trends.
Review the site daily with a customer-first mindset to identify issues and communicate solutions.
Manage daily inventory with Supply and Inventory teams.
Collaborate with DTC, Global Product Marketing & Global Consumer Engagement Teams on site go-to-market needs.
Maintain all Product Page assets for SolDeJaneiro.com.
Implement SEO recommendations and assist Email and Paid teams with linking support.
Support daily site maintenance tasks, including promotions, content updates, merchandising, and product setup.
Understand the competitive landscape and make recommendations for business improvement.
Assist with competitive analyses to stay current on industry trends.
Coordinate with the internal creative team to brief site & paid media assets, ensuring alignment with campaign launch timelines.
Coordinate asset trafficking and taxonomy management with the paid media agency.
Support the review, tracking, and submission of paid media invoices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 1-2 years of job or internship experience in e-commerce
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify
Strong project management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to pivot quickly and effectively prioritize workload
Strong interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, vendors, and cross-functional partners
