About the Role
Producers at Addition act as the operational core, translating machine intelligence capabilities into tangible brand work. The Head of Production, AI Systems will lead the production team, defining delivery models, standards, and rhythms for AI-driven projects from concept to execution at scale. This role requires evolving production as a real-time, adaptive system and fostering an environment where producers function as AI product managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a senior production team, fostering growth and providing constructive feedback.
- Define the long-term production vision, operational roadmaps, and organization-wide delivery standards.
- Own project-wide resourcing and headcount planning, shaping recommendations for studio leadership.
- Collaborate closely with creative technologists, designers, engineers, and AI Solutions strategists.
- Scope executions, drive new business pitches, identify upsell opportunities, and manage client escalations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of production experience in design/technology agencies, brand teams, or digital studios.
- Significant experience leading production talent and working with interdisciplinary teams.
- High fluency with AI tooling (AI Coding Agents, image/video generation) and agentic workflow architecture.
- Deep familiarity with model capabilities and AI transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering novel AI solutions at brand scale.
- Experience building delivery standards, resourcing models, scoping/pricing pitches, and managing client engagements.
- Comfort with modern collaboration tools, AI capabilities, and hands-on coding with AI.
