About the Role
Entry level and experienced field customer service positions in the automotive industry. You will travel on-site to automotive dealerships to take high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of vehicles. Responsibilities include assisting with vehicle marketing by printing window stickers and other related services. You will also become an expert on inventory status in the pre-sale process and communicate daily with dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Wash vehicle exteriors
- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Wipe down door jambs
- Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt, debris, and unwanted materials
- Inspect vehicles for visible defects, including dents, scratches, stains, and torn upholstery, and report findings as needed
- Utilize detailing chemicals and special-purpose cleaners to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance
- Support overall shop cleanliness and organization, including maintaining wash bays and work areas
- Operate detailing tools, equipment, and cleaning products safely and responsibly
- Take high quality photos, videos and 360 degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers ever changing vehicle inventory
- Assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle
- Become an expert on the status of their vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process
- Check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing your dealers with the status of your work
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old with valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation
- Some manual transmission experience might be required
- Successfully complete pre-employment background check, including motor vehicle driving record
