About the Role

SP+ is an artificial intelligence company focused on creating checkout-free parking experiences using computer vision. We are the largest parking network in America and are reinventing parking to give people back their most valuable asset: time.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle inspections.
Maintain cleanliness of bus interiors.
Fuel buses.
Log trip counts.
Assist disabled passengers.
Be at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniform.
Carry a valid state-issued driver’s license at all times while on duty.
Maintain an acceptable DMV record.
Courteously assist customers by answering questions and directing them to the Facility Manager if necessary.
Report any accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
Communicate debris, water, or oil spills to the garage office.
Substitute for Cashiers or Valets when necessary and authorized.
Possess thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable.
Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide two-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money.
Maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.
Regularly required to stand and walk.
Regularly required to use hands to handle cash and equipment.
Occasionally required to sit.
Occasionally required to climb or balance.
May be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
