About the Role
Seeking an experienced Customer Care Service Advisor / Vehicle Aftersales Advisor to join our close-knit workshop team. You will oversee the complete customer journey, keeping our workshop diary running smoothly and productively while ensuring our clients enjoy transparent, honest communication regarding their vehicle safety and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry to securing 5★ reviews
- Maintaining an organized workshop diary
- Building precise estimates
- Processing vehicle health/safety inspection reports with exceptional detail
- Liaising between Front of House & Workshop Management
Requirements
- Background working with Main Dealer or Specialist Independent workshops
- Customer safety focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise seamlessly between customers, Front of House Manager, and Workshop Manager
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail when creating accurate estimates and processing safety inspection reports
- Desire to attend ongoing coaching courses
- Full UK driving licence
