About the Role
DKB AG is seeking a Product Owner to enhance the digital product overview and entry points to product details on the web and in the DKB app. This role aims to help customers discover relevant offers quickly and easily, combining clear navigation with personalized recommendations and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Shape the product overview and entry points to product details on the web and in the app for easy customer discovery and action.
- Prioritize requirements transparently based on impact and translate them into tasks for the full-stack team.
- Guide product ideas from discovery through implementation in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Research.
- Develop personalized, cross-channel communications with the CRM team.
- Coordinate with Sales and Communications, clarifying goals and requirements, and informing stakeholders.
- Measure the impact of product enhancements using metrics, customer feedback, and research to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Practical experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management, ideally in banking or a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with agile, cross-functional teams and ability to structure and prioritize requirements.
- Customer-centric approach, balancing customer needs with company goals.
- Experience with digital frontends and ability to discuss solutions with developers.
- Proficiency in working with hypotheses and data, using web analytics to measure product performance and derive improvements.
- Very good German (B2+) and good English skills.
- Clear communication, facilitation of discussions, and reliable collaboration with stakeholders and adjacent teams.
