Responsibilities
- Provide unique, entertaining, and exceptional guest experiences from beginning to end.
- Confirm reservations, welcome guests, and complete reservations in a timely manner.
- Encourage guests to capture moments and share on social media.
- Follow all Lip Lab standards, operating practices, and GMP guidelines.
- Work closely with Store Manager, Leads, and the team to ensure a positive, collaborative, and inclusive store environment.
- Work within a diverse team.
- Represent Lip Lab with a high level of professional conduct, embodying Kendo and Lip Lab Values and Principles.
Requirements
- Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- An eye and passion for artistry and color.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Leads by example with a positive, can-do attitude and generous spirit.
- Open weekend availability, including holidays.
- Comfortable working in front of and with multiple guests throughout the service experience.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 10-50 pounds.
- Ability to perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching.
