About the Role
Support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation by designing and embedding the target operating model, aligning processes, roles, and capabilities to support new ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Design the target operating model, defining organisational structures, roles, responsibilities and ways of working.
- Review existing operating models and identify changes required to support redesigned processes and Adobe capabilities.
- Develop operating model principles and governance frameworks to support AI-assisted workflows and future transformation initiatives.
- Work with business stakeholders to embed the operating model and support adoption of new capabilities.
Requirements
- An independent consultant.
- Strong experience designing and implementing target operating models within large, complex organisations.
- Good experience supporting digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer experience technologies.
- Understanding of AI-enabled processes, automation or emerging digital capabilities would be advantageous.
