About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Process Design Consultant to support the next phase of a major Adobe transformation programme within a large retail organisation. You'll focus on designing future-state business processes, incorporating new digital capabilities and AI-assisted ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Design and document future-state processes across customer planning and commercial operations
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement through Adobe capabilities and AI-assisted workflows
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define process requirements, dependencies and future ways of working
- Develop process maps and a prioritised backlog of improvement opportunities to support future transformation phases
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Experience designing and improving business processes within large transformation programmes
- Strong process mapping skills, including current-state and future-state process design
- Experience working on digital transformation programmes, ideally involving Adobe or customer-facing technologies
- Understanding of AI-enabled workflows, automation and their application to business process improvement would be advantageous
