About the Role
Responsible for installing Bath products and setting the pace and tone of each job according to work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and quality and safety standards. Follow company policies and procedures, notifying management when necessary to maintain company integrity.
Responsibilities
- Review home improvement contracts for accuracy of job specifications and perform pre-construction activities, including technical measurements.
- Provide customer support via face-to-face, phone, and email, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions for customer satisfaction.
- Accurately measure products, complete product orders, develop labor estimates, and specify needed supplies.
- Communicate with customers and crews to resolve conflicts during measure, installation, and service.
- Ensure customers understand the installation process and answer their questions.
- Monitor and assist with job installations, ensuring company quality standards and superior customer service.
- Lift base showers or tubs and crushed marble panels (must be able to lift over 75lbs).
- Be on your feet 6-9 hours a day.
- Complete services when necessary.
- Collect final payments and documentation upon job completion.
- Maintain company vehicle in a neat, stocked, and clean manner.
- Complete OSHA Safety Course.
- Arrive on time and be ready to work each day.
- Keep work area clean.
