About the Role

The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling various locations. Officers preserve order by enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. This role frequently involves providing customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Responsibilities

Perform foot patrols throughout the facility during shifts.
Take accurate temperature readings.
Follow the chain of command, proper procedures, and protocols.
Provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers.

Requirements

Must be available to work Saturday through Wednesday from midnight to 8:00 a.m.
Attention to detail required.
Computer/phone experience required.
Ability to learn badging system.
Excellent customer/client service skills are a must.
Ability to remain professional at all times.
No experience necessary.
Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is a plus.
