About the Role
The Cannabis Vault Fulfillment Technician is responsible for order processing, packing, quality assurance, counting, and reconciliation within the Logistics team. This role reports to the Inventory Manager and ensures adherence to standard operating procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
- Printing compliant labels for order processing
- Picking and packing orders
- Performing QA on orders for compliance and accuracy
- Assisting with sales orders and manifest creation in the State track and trace system
- Inventory vault counts and product check-in
- Labelling product locations
- Assist in performing audits/cycle counts weekly or as needed
- Assist with new operations projects as needed
- Basic computer literacy and be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as being able to type and send emails.
- Ability to work independently throughout the day in accordance with instructions.
- Must have a proactive attitude, and demonstrate consistent attention to detail
- Basic math skills are required
- Any other tasks as assigned by Inventory Manager
- Help out in all areas of cultivation.
Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse set of personalities and learning styles.

- Ability to stand on feet for up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, while following directions from the Inventory Manager and effectively supporting team members.
