About the Role
You will build the software compute providers use to sell through Andromeda, enabling them to onboard clusters, prove health, list, and get paid without manual intervention. You will also translate cluster data into actionable advice for providers on improving sales and fixing issues. The role primarily involves backend development in Go and Postgres, with a TypeScript console, and requires daily interaction with hardware health data, supply teams, and providers.
Responsibilities
- Build the software for compute providers to sell through Andromeda.
- Enable providers to onboard clusters, prove health, list, and get paid automatically.
- Translate cluster data into advice for providers on failing components, buyer demand, and sales optimization.
- Develop onboarding processes for providers.
- Implement automated readiness checks for clusters.
- Create statements for providers detailing sales and payments.
- Build fleet data pipelines for uptime and health across provider clusters.
- Generate reports from fleet data to advise providers on sales-impacting failures and prioritization.
- Carry a pager and talk to providers weekly.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical work with significant impact.
- Experience building supply-side products such as onboarding, readiness checks, or payouts for sellers, hosts, merchants, or partners.
- Production backend experience in Go, or a systems background enabling rapid Go proficiency.
- Experience building data pipelines and data models in SQL and Postgres or a data warehouse.
- Ability to interpret failing GPU health checks on Linux hosts.
- Experience shipping front-end features for owned functionalities.
- Production on-call experience, including reducing system page rates.
