About the Role
Ode is Anthropic's services venture, focused on bringing frontier AI into practice by tackling complex AI problems for companies. This role is crucial for scaling the talent team by managing interview scheduling and building data and AI tools to support recruitment operations.
Responsibilities
- Run scheduling end to end for tech screens, onsites, debriefs and founder and exec chats in ModernLoop and Ashby, with the right interview type, format, link and kit on every invite.
- Protect founder and exec time by holding weekly slots, a leadership availability queue, and onsite to founder chat in 48 hours or less.
- Keep loops moving by chasing scorecards, tracking offer deadlines, and handling no-shows, Zoom failures and double-bookings in real time.
- Own the interviewer roster to ensure load balancing and prevent bottlenecks.
- Build the recruiting data system, partnering with the special projects lead to integrate supply and demand data for forecasting.
- Take over the engineering recruiting dashboard, replacing manual pulls with self-updating data.
- Run the operating rhythm, including daily talent stand-ups, meeting agendas, and post-meeting notes with owners and dates.
- Ship AI tools for manual work reduction, such as scorecard nudges, offer-expiry alerts, conflict checks and digests, using Claude and Ashby/ModernLoop automation.
- Administer ModernLoop and provide backup for Ashby.
Requirements
- High agency and ownership of outcomes.
- Proactive problem-solving and ability to anticipate issues.
- 3+ years in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or a similar high-volume role at a fast-growing company, including exec and founder scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS and a scheduling tool (Ashby and ModernLoop ideal).
- Comfortable with data modeling, dashboard building, and identifying data discrepancies.
- Daily use of AI tools and experience building at least one workflow or tool for others.
- SQL or light scripting experience is a plus.
- Engineering hiring experience is a plus.
- Experience scaling a recruiting team through fast growth is a plus.
