About the Role
Western Pest Services is seeking a Walking Pest Control Technician to join our NYC branch. This role involves protecting homes and businesses through effective pest control solutions, emphasizing customer service and community safety.
Responsibilities
- Complete a two-month, company-paid training program.
- Assist residential or commercial customers with pest control issues.
- Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses.
Requirements
- High School/GED or better.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to meet physical job requirements, including safe ladder use and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
