About the Role
Würth Baer Supply Company is seeking a CDL-A Driver to perform customer deliveries. This is a permanent, direct-hire position with steady, year-round work.
Responsibilities
- Load truck with materials such as drawer slides, hinges, door and cabinetry handles, hand/power tools, sandpaper goods, paint/stain, plywood, cabinetry, synthetic countertop materials, and laminate goods using a sit-down propane forklift and by hand.
- Secure load to truck to ensure safe travel between stops.
- Pass goods to customers by hand, weighing 40lbs to 100lbs.
- Deliver to between 5 to 10 stops daily.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with management regarding customer questions and concerns.
- Utilize Samsara Electronic Logging Device (ELD) on company cell phone for pre-trip inspections and to demonstrate DOT-compliant on-duty status.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable wearing a company uniform and protective footwear (composite or steel toe).
- Must have a safe driving record (MVR).
- Must be legally authorized to operate manual transmissions and proficient in driving these types of vehicles (10-Speed), even though an automatic will be driven most of the time.
- Must possess a valid CDL-A.
- Must possess a valid DOT Med Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate).

- $2000 Performance Bonus ($1000 after 90 days and $1000 after 180 days for drivers in good standing)
