About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor at Joe & The Juice, you will help keep the store running smoothly by focusing on operations, delegation, and team support. You will maintain high energy, sharp standards, and a top-notch guest experience, supporting store management and helping juicers grow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
- Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and up to Pink Standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Support new juicers through the global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
- Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
- Monitor commercial targets throughout the shift, manage deliveries, and report accurately.
- Guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
