  • Plan and deliver the regional events programme, including proprietary events and sponsored conferences.
  • Select, brief, and manage external providers, including scope, budget, contracts, and performance.
  • Own the regional marketing budget and set KPIs; monitor results and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Act as marketing lead for the UK-listed trust, owning campaigns, website, board packs, PR, events, and investor documents.
  • Prepare for and manage the Trust’s events.
  • Work with the investment team to produce content for public distribution.
  • Coordinate the Annual Report and Half-Year Report end to end.
  • Support the team on all earnings calls, including materials, Q&A preparation, scheduling, distribution, and follow-up.
  • Manage external third-party providers to the Trust.
  • Report on marketing activity to the Trust’s Board and feed back market insight to the investment team.
  • Ensure all materials meet Patria brand standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Work as part of the global Marketing team and with colleagues across asset classes and functions.
  • Build and lead the regional marketing resource, including any direct reports and external support.

Requirements

  • Significant senior experience (typically 10+ years) in marketing and communications within financial services.
  • Proficiency in B2B marketing communications strategy, with a track record of building integrated plans across PR, digital, and events.
  • Experience delivering events and corporate publications to tight deadlines, with a strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Experience selecting and managing external agencies and providers, and owning a marketing budget.
  • Strong relationship management skills; able to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders and agendas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively across a wide portfolio of activity.
  • Working knowledge of UK financial promotion and disclosure requirements, and comfort working closely with Compliance and Legal.
