- Guide complex or sensitive investigations, helping the team assess evidence, decide on action, and involve Legal, law enforcement or other partners when needed.
- Create clear investigation procedures, case records and escalation guidelines, setting standards for resolving cases and using lessons learned to improve team operations.
- Coordinate incident response with Legal, field operations and security vendors, setting clear expectations, reviewing vendor work quality, and addressing performance problems.

- Partner with program management and Engineering on tools for case management, reporting, home access and monitoring, defining operational needs and preparing the team for new technology.
- Build and adopt AI workflows that reduce repetitive work and improve investigations, checking accuracy, applying human judgment, and helping the team use them effectively.
Requirements

- Hands-on experience building and using AI workflows, demonstrating improved work, checked results, and the application of human judgment.
- Clear communication and sound escalation judgment, with the ability to explain findings and uncertainty, recommend action, and recognize when to involve Legal or other authorities.
- A track record of improving team operations through practical processes, cross-team collaboration, and driving improvements to adoption.
