About the Role
Join BIA as a Founders Associate, working side-by-side with our founder to help shape company operations. This high-variety role is central to the company, reporting directly to the founder and collaborating with the entire team.
Responsibilities
- Run strategic projects, driving product and market strategy from research and analysis to recommendations and implementation.
- Provide day-to-day support, including preparing key meetings and solving emergent problems.
- Develop our AI backbone by collaborating on our shared Claude setup, including projects, skills, connectors, and no-code automations to enhance team processes and data flows.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, at a startup or scale-up, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills to transform open questions into clear answers.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude.
- Interest in process optimization and a drive to improve how work gets done.
- Ability to work fast, be reliable, and switch between strategic and day-to-day tasks.
- Excellent, fully fluent English; German is a plus.
- Genuine curiosity about AI, innovation, and the future of work.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude.
