About the Role
Box is seeking Technical Consultants to act as forward-deployed technical partners, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will architect intelligent workflows and deploy cutting-edge solutions that extend Box's native capabilities, leveraging AI and modern tooling to solve complex customer challenges.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions, actionable technical roadmaps, and robust API integration strategies.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade custom technical solutions and integrations that extend Box's native capabilities and unlock advanced AI workflows.
- Guide customers through rapid implementation of core Box platform capabilities, including technical configurations and content migrations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and architectural reviews across executive, business, and engineering stakeholders.
- Leverage modern developer AI tools and automated workflows to increase delivery velocity, elevate code quality, and produce high-impact consulting artifacts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Box Product, GTM, and Sales teams to advocate for customer needs, influence product evolution, and deliver a seamless end-to-end client experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical experience.
- 2+ years customer-facing experience, preferably in a consultative role.
- 2+ years of experience working with SaaS and Cloud technologies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with ambiguity and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET.
- Understanding of the application development lifecycle, RESTful API design concepts, and experience scripting against APIs at scale.
