About the Role

Cosuno is an AI construction platform connecting the European construction industry. As our Organic Growth Manager, you will make Cosuno the go-to answer for contractors and trade firms searching online and via AI assistants, focusing on our blog, website, and Marketplace pages. You will join just in time for a major website relaunch, aiming to significantly grow organic traffic. You will be one of the first members of a lean marketing team, shaping its operational structure as it scales.

Responsibilities

Build our blog into a steady source of qualified sign-ups through an editorial plan, original research, and customer stories.
Own website SEO, including public Marketplace pages, landing pages, programmatic trade and region pages, and technical health.
Make Cosuno the source AI assistants cite by creating answer-first pages and structured content.
Initiate content partnerships, including guest posts, joint studies, and collaborations with trade media.
Manage organic LinkedIn and founders' posts until a Partnerships & Social Manager joins.
Act as the SEO sparring partner for the website relaunch, defining requirements, challenging structure, owning redirects, and ensuring a significant increase in organic traffic.
Implement impactful changes on the current site before the relaunch.
Utilize AI to enhance organic growth speed and quality, automating research, briefs, content, and reporting.
Measure the path from impression to qualified sign-up and demo request, reporting on organic contributions.

Requirements

Proven experience owning SEO and content for a B2B or two-sided platform, demonstrating growth in qualified sign-ups or pipeline.
Strong technical SEO skills, including experience managing SEO through site migrations or relaunches.
Hands-on experience with AI search and understanding how language models select sources.
Excellent German writing skills, ability to brief writers effectively, and transform data into compelling content.
Data-driven approach, proficient with tools like Search Console, GA4, and Semrush.
AI-first mindset, capable of setting strategy, automating processes, and directing writers and agencies.
Ability to get things done and learn quickly in a small team environment.
Native-level German and fluent English proficiency.
