About the Role

Responsibilities
- Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and wow them with quick and efficient service
- Ask open questions to build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
- Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter and shop floor
- Operate machinery safely and carry out key operational activities such as offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles
- Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin & service
- Continually develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines
- Loading and unloading vehicles both manually and with a forklift
Requirements
- High levels of customer satisfaction with frequently returning customers and growing live accounts
- Radiate positivity and possess an unyielding passion for the merchant world
