Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve/exceed monthly and yearly turnover and KPI’s targets.
- Support in achieving/exceeding Boutique overall target.
- Actively participate in briefings and contribute to Boutique performance development.
- Welcome and handle customer requests, managing all steps of the sale following the Panerai Selling Ceremony.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
- Identify customer needs and suggest/promote products accordingly.
- Know and share Maison’s products, availabilities, delivery status, brand DNA, and history with customers.
- Develop an understanding of competition and the luxury industry.
- Actively participate in all brand training sessions.
- Maintain an impeccable presentation as a brand ambassador.
- Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Manage the boutique’s daily business, including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs.
- Maintain excellent boutique appearance according to guidelines.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Contribute to the development of the Boutique database by capturing prospect/customer data.
- Develop and manage the attributed client portfolio by cultivating relationships through exceptional service.
- Apply CRM relational strategy as per Headquarters’ guidelines.
- Assist Boutique Manager in developing CRM action plans and participate in boutique or off-site events.
- Provide excellent client experience with high product knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Ensure seamless customer experience when handling SAV requests.
- Ensure customer requests are followed up and solved in due time.
- Perform other duties as determined by Boutique Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry, in a sales function.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Result and action oriented.
- Strong selling skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy.
- Curious and self-motivated, with excellent customer service mindset.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communicator, able to develop a network.
- Excellent computer skills.
