  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations that support hotel partner discussions, commercial decisions, supply quality, and performance improvement.
  • Apply descriptive statistics, regression, experimentation, and causal or pre/post analysis where appropriate, clearly explaining assumptions, limitations, and results.
  • Create clear visualizations, dashboards, executive summaries, and other artifacts that help technical and non-technical stakeholders understand what is happening and what to do next.
  • Master latest AI productivity technology to revolutionize the depth and the trust in your work.
  • Collaborate transparently with analytics, product, data, engineering, and commercial partners; seek feedback early and share knowledge with teammates.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience.
  • You have demonstrated experience using SQL and Python, R, or a similar programming language to analyze, structure, transform, and visualize large datasets.
  • You efficiently leverage AI to speed-up delivery, automate and add depth to your analyses.
  • You understand probability, descriptive statistics, regression, and common experiment designs such as pre/post analysis, A/B testing, or causal impact analysis.
  • You can combine data from multiple sources, perform data quality checks, and write efficient, shareable code that can be translated into a data pipeline or reused by others.
  • You can explain analytical methods, caveats, and recommendations clearly to audiences with different levels of technical understanding, including stakeholders up to Senior Manager level.
