About the Role
Clever Chocolate makes sugar-free chocolate with vitamins, offering varieties like Sleep, Calm, Glow, and Immune. As a Founders Associate in our small Berlin team, you will directly contribute to business development and take on operational responsibilities from the start.
Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok (photos, Reels, Stories).
- Manage our community and coordinate content from UGC creators.
- Conceive, write, and send our newsletter, especially around Black Friday and Christmas, and analyze results.
- Take responsibility for inventory planning, stocking, and replenishment for six Christmas market stands (November to December).
- Assist with setting up and dismantling market stands and be present on select market days.
- Support management in daily operations, including coordinating tasks and appointments, and communicating with partners and service providers.
- Manage your own project from start to finish.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university and required to complete a mandatory internship as per study or examination regulations (e.g., in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Nutritional Sciences).
- Availability for 3-6 months in full-time, ideally starting in November.
- Proficient on Instagram and TikTok with a good sense for visuals and text.
- Excellent German writing skills; good English is a plus.
- Structured work approach, willingness to be hands-on, and availability on Advent weekends.
- Experience with Canva or a newsletter tool is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm to make an impact and potential interest in future entrepreneurship.
