About the Role
TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist. We are looking for an energetic and engaging Bar Back to ensure the smooth running of heart of house operations while creating exceptional guest memories.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and supporting guests to provide a best-in-class experience.
- Identifying opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest-facing areas.
- Communicating clearly with teammates to minimize guest disruption.
- Ensuring stock and items are replenished and available.
- Supporting bar teams and leaders as needed.
- Adhering to all health, safety, and allergy procedures.
- Demonstrating flexibility in covering various duties based on business needs.
- Coaching junior team members.
Requirements
- Punctual and reliable with a great attitude and work ethic.
- Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences.
