About the Role
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, driving sales performance, developing your team, and ensuring customers receive the highest standards of service. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership career with one of the world's most admired automotive brands.
Responsibilities
- Leading, motivating and developing the sales team
- Driving new and used vehicle sales performance
- Managing KPIs, targets, margins and profitability
- Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and retention
- Coaching sales executives to maximise every opportunity
- Managing daily showroom operations and sales processes
- Working closely with the Management team and other departments
- Maintaining BMW brand standards and compliance
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales, finance, and aftersales revenue
- Ensure staff comply with all sales processes and remain compliant with all required regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an automotive Sales Manager or senior sales role
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- The confidence to lead from the front
- A professional, positive and motivational approach
- A full UK driving licence
