About the Role
As a Retail Assistant at Holland & Barrett, you will play an important role in creating welcoming and inspiring experiences for every customer, helping them make health and wellness a way of life. The company provides training and support to build knowledge and make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and help them find products for their wellness goals.
- Recommend products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Keep shelves fully stocked and merchandise displays to a high standard.
- Support promotions, maintain store presentation, and ensure excellent operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
- Use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend the right products.
- Complete Qualified to Advise training to build product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
- Be able to start early at 5am on Wednesday and Friday to receive stock deliveries.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
- Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
- Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.
