About the Role

Shape how people at Sony Music learn, develop, and collaborate. Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, embrace new learning formats, and leverage AI for Learning & Development. Actively shape Learning & Development and company culture in the GSA region.

Responsibilities

Own Learning & Development initiatives and continuously develop the learning portfolio based on strategic priorities and employee needs.
Conceptualize and manage learning offerings, including the Inhouse Academy.
Conduct needs analyses and evaluations, translating results into targeted learning and development measures.
Advise employees, managers, and teams on individual and organizational development needs.
Design and deliver workshops, learning formats, and team offsites.
Develop digital learning and explore the application of AI and new technologies in L&D.
Manage external trainers, coaches, and learning partners, and expand the network.
Collaborate with international L&D teams, contributing local perspectives to global initiatives and adapting global approaches to local requirements and culture.
Contribute to Culture & Development initiatives beyond traditional L&D topics, fostering a culture where learning, feedback, and development are integral.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Learning & Development with a desire to independently own and advance topics.
Passion for learning, corporate culture, and new technologies.
Proven experience using AI in an L&D context.
Initial experience with Leapsome, HowNow, or comparable learning platforms and their integration into modern L&D landscapes.
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to conduct structured needs assessments, evaluate data and feedback, and derive practical measures.
Ownership mentality, structured work approach, hands-on attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience collaborating with international teams and translating global concepts into locally relevant solutions.
Experience selecting and managing trainers and coaches, ideally with an existing network of learning partners.
Comfortable presenting and facilitating workshops.
Strong and persuasive communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage diverse target groups and stakeholders.
