Responsibilities

End-to-end responsibility for the development and management of learning programs, including leadership, practice management, business literacy, and succession planning.
Selection, briefing, and management of external trainers, partners, and experts, with close coordination with internal stakeholders.
Translation of complex business and communication topics into modern formats such as blended learning, micro-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
Monitoring of program performance, participation rates, and quality KPIs, measuring actual behavioral and business impact within the network.
Close collaboration with regional directors, continuous needs analysis, and ensuring practical application in daily clinic operations.

Requirements

Many years of professional experience in the conception and management of further training programs, in leadership development, or in academic education management.
Strong didactic competence and enthusiasm for agile learning methods, micro-learning, scripting/storyboarding, and modern content marketing.
Excellent organizational talent and confident stakeholder management when dealing with managers and external partners.
Persuasive ability to win over the organization and management for the possibilities of L&D programs.
Good commercial understanding (P&L literacy) and a data mindset to measurably align educational offerings with business goals and key figures.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as a high understanding of the dynamic challenges in veterinary practices.
