Partnering across business, technology, and change teams, this role supports business transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, finance, and operational functions. It combines business architecture, business analysis, and data analytics to strengthen organizational effectiveness and business outcomes. The role involves assessing current state operations, identifying improvements, and designing future state solutions, defining business capabilities, target operating models, analyzing performance data, and supporting strategic change programs. It also helps prioritize technology roadmap investments and guides transformation initiatives to align with long-term business objectives.

Requirements
- Several years of experience working in Insurance, Reinsurance, Financial services and regulated environments is preferred.
- Assess business capabilities, operating models, business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, simplification and value creation.
- Track record in Business Architecture, Business Analysis or Operating model design.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to think logically and work through complex challenges.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast paced business- IT facing environment.
- Enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership and responsibility for your work.
