About the Role

Join the UK’s premier parcel delivery company as a HGV Class 1 Driver, operating a dedicated premium parcel delivery network across the UK. You will drive a lorry from our exceptional fleet of Volvo vehicles, all less than 4 years old, equipped to a high specification for your comfort. We trust our drivers to plan their own routes and manage their time effectively, ensuring timely deliveries while enjoying the open road.

Responsibilities

Drive a lorry from our exceptional fleet of Volvo vehicles.
Make sure Cages, Pallets, Freight, Stillages and Yorks get to and from customers bang on time.
Load or unload goods at certain sites.
Scan consignments.
Operate pallet trucks.
Inspect your vehicle and trailer every day.
Complete a Defect Report if necessary.

Requirements

Class 1 Driving licence
Driver CPC qualification card
Completed required DCPC training hours or be working towards them
Excellent knowledge of Road Transport Laws
Commitment to safe use of the roads
