About the Role
In your first months, you will take on full sales cycles within a 40-hour work week, managing client relationships and driving recruitment and outstaffing service agreements for companies ranging from startups to established enterprises. You will engage directly with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their staffing and software development needs, presenting tailored service packages that align with TechBiz Global's offerings.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or recruitment consulting

- Ability to manage a 40-hour weekly schedule across hybrid working arrangements in Berlin
- Permanent employment contract with a 6-month probation period
- 24 vacation days per year
