About the Role
RLDatix is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to drive customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across the UK and Ireland. This role will lead specialized teams to deliver impactful, data-driven demand generation strategies across digital channels, directly influencing market expansion and revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.
- Consolidate annual go-to-market initiatives to translate functional strategies into actionable marketing plans for multiple teams.
- Optimize campaign analytics and attribution models to enhance funnel conversion, pacing, and ROI across digital platforms.
- Partner with sales, product, and solution marketing teams to deliver integrated demand generation campaigns with consistent messaging.
- Adopt AI-driven automation and predictive analytics to improve personalization, segmentation, and content optimization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing discipline.
- Proven success in people leadership, with a minimum of 3 years directly managing marketing professionals.
- In-depth knowledge on how to consolidate and interpret market intelligence to reinforce annual revenue and pipeline targets.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging campaign analytics and attribution models to optimize marketing ROI and resource allocation.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven marketing automation and predictive insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis, with regular travel to client and prospect sites.
