About the Role
We are building something new in Berlin: a place where Rosental becomes tangible. Advanced cosmetics, lymph-stimulating massage, Gua Sha, and our care products combine to create a holistic ritual – visibly and tangibly resulting in less water retention, more glow, defined contours, and deep relaxation. You will contribute your cosmetic expertise from the beginning and help shape how effective care feels in the studio. This position is offered on a freelance or mini-job basis.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular cosmetic facial treatments in our Berlin studios (mornings, evenings, or weekends).
- Conduct cosmetic skin analysis and skin type determination as a basis for treatments.
- Derive the appropriate treatment for each guest, from cleansing, exfoliation, and deep cleansing to masks and final care.
- Combine manual lymphatic drainage, Gua Sha, and facial massage with cosmetic devices like our EMS tools, tailored to skin condition and treatment goals.
- Utilize Rosental products specifically based on active ingredients and skin needs.
- Provide each guest with a concrete home care routine.
- Identify contraindications and recommend medical consultation for abnormalities.
- Ensure hygiene according to current standards, prepare treatment rooms, and document treatments.
- Collaborate with the team to further develop our treatment formats.
Requirements
- Completed training as a state-certified cosmetic specialist or comparable qualification.
- Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in an institute, spa, or studio.
- Sound knowledge of skin physiology and skin conditions (e.g., for impure, sensitive, dry, or mature skin).
- Proficiency in manual lymphatic drainage, classic facial massage, and deep cleansing.
- Knowledge of active ingredients and their application.
- Ability to work independently and reliably for scheduled appointments.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- German language proficiency at C2 level.
