About the Role
This festive in-store role involves tackling a range of tasks, from serving customers and stocking shelves to picking orders for home delivery. No day is the same, and you will make an impact on every shift by ensuring customers leave with a smile. No experience is necessary, just the right attitude. This role is about helping customers, colleagues, and communities, offering a warm and welcoming environment with great flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in the correct place.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Build rapport to ensure customers have a great experience.
- Use initiative and make appropriate decisions for customers.
- Work effectively in a team, communicate openly, have fun, and celebrate success.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from £13.28 per hour
- Increases to £14.55 for stores inside the M25
- Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am
- Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills
