About the Role
Start your successful sales career with AXA, a multi-award-winning top training company. This 2.5-year comprehensive training program begins on August 1, 2027, and integrates you into an AXA agency as a team member from day one.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on insurance matters via phone, email, or digital channels.
- Accompany colleagues to customer appointments and conduct initial consultations.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of insurance products in a diverse work environment.
Requirements
- Must be of legal age by the start of the training.
- High school diploma, technical college entrance qualification, very good secondary school leaving certificate, or university dropout.
- Good German language skills (ideally min. C1 level).
- Sociable and team-oriented.
- Willingness to learn, ambitious, and curious.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
