About the Role
As a Junior Controller at Autohaus Royal, you will support the Finance department, assist with management reporting, and develop your skills in planning, analysis, and business steering. You will translate numbers into informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Creation and further development of monthly reports, KPI analyses, and management analyses.
- Participation in budget planning and forecast creation, as well as preparation of relevant decision-making bases.
- Creation and optimization of Excel analyses and reporting structures.
- Support in building dashboards and further developing our BI and data analysis processes.
- Identification of potential improvements for more efficient and transparent controlling processes.
- Close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and operational departments.
Requirements
- Completed business administration degree or comparable commercial qualification.
- Good Excel skills and enjoyment of working with numbers and large data sets.
- Initial experience with reporting, budget planning, forecasting, or plan-actual analyses.
- Analytical, structured, and meticulous way of working.
- Interest in BI tools, data visualization, and automation of analyses.
- Good German language skills, motivation to take responsibility, and to learn professionally.
