About the Role
We are MOTOR Ai, dedicated to making Level 4 autonomous driving a reality in Germany and beyond. By combining cutting-edge AI with our multidisciplinary team's expertise, we are poised to launch Germany's first solution qualified for European road approval. Since 2017, our singular focus has been to shape a future that is already in motion.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, advising on leadership, team structure, feedback, development, and labor law.
- Manage performance and conflict resolution cases from analysis to implementation.
- Coordinate interfaces between teams, executives, and HR to ensure smooth information flow.
- Oversee the recruiting process for Team Leads, including developing recruiting strategies with Hiring Managers, setting priorities, and managing recruiters.
- Organize, evaluate, and derive actions from 30-day and executive feedback sessions.
- Handle administrative HR tasks.
Requirements
- Relevant vocational training or a degree, with a strong emphasis on professional HR experience and work style.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable advisory HR role, preferably in a growing tech environment.
- Experience advising executives, including in difficult conversations.
- Experience managing recruiting processes and establishing new ones.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Proficiency with Personio (or a comparable HRIS), Claude, and other tools.
- English and German language skills at B2/C1 level.
- Willingness to work onsite 4 days per week.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams is a plus.
