About the Role
As a working student in the HR team, you will gain practical experience in personnel matters and gain insight into an international company. You will support the team in daily business and current HR projects, taking on your own tasks and contributing your ideas.
Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining and managing master personnel data and digital personnel files, as well as administrative and organizational tasks in the HR department.
- Create and process personnel-relevant documents, such as employment contracts, works council hearings, and references.
- Participate in exciting HR projects and support their implementation.
- Support the further development of HR processes, for example in onboarding.
- Accompany recruiting processes and support talent acquisition.
Requirements
- Enrolled student, ideally in a degree program with a focus on HR, business administration, or a comparable field.
- Interest in HR topics and a desire to gain practical experience.
- First experiences in the HR department are an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications.
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy interacting with people and working in a team.
