Responsibilities
- Develop mass production tests and manage mass production launches for MPU/SoC products.
- Conduct test transfers and provide technical support to OSATs.
- Drive improvements in test quality, yield, and cost.
- Enhance operational efficiency through process improvement and automation.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in semiconductor test development.
- Over 5 years of experience in test development using T2000 and J750 series (IG-XL) ATE.
- Experience in test development for MPU/SoC products.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- DFT (Design for Testability) design skills.
- Experience in business improvement and automation using Python or similar languages.
- Business level Japanese proficiency.
- Conversational level English proficiency (TOEIC 500).
