About the Role
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. This role is with Micron Memory Japan, focusing on developing cutting-edge NAND Flash memory technologies. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffer and string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers, contributing to powerful NAND products that set new industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Build the base die of NAND flash.
- Run circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
- Examine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.
- Support new NAND product opportunities by giving to the build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
Requirements
- Strong skills in analog and mixed-signal circuit building.
- Confirmed ability to innovate and tackle problems in high-performance memory development.
- Leveraging AI for design/layout optimization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the capacity to explain sophisticated technical ideas clearly.
