About the Role
Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. This role involves developing modern NAND Flash memory technologies, optimizing interface circuits, data transfer circuits, memory arrays, page buffers, string drivers, analog circuits, and logic controllers to deliver powerful NAND products.
Responsibilities
- Build the base die of NAND flash.
- Run circuit simulations with industry-standard tools like FINESIM, HSPICE, and VERILOG.
- Examine timing, area, and power aspects in NAND flash builds.
- Support new NAND product opportunities by contributing to the build, layout, and optimization of memory, logic, and analog circuits.
- Collaborate with layout design teams.
Requirements
- Strong skills in analog and mixed-signal circuit building.
- Proven ability to innovate and tackle technical challenges in high-performance memory development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Capacity to clearly explain sophisticated technical ideas.
- Teamwork-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
