Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to secondary school students utilizing the US Common Core framework.
- Serve as a liaison between the school and parents, fostering positive communication and cooperation.
- Manage daily student behavior, establish homeroom norms, and guide student growth.
- Develop and implement unique homeroom cultures and activities.
- Promote a healthy school environment, advocate for students, and celebrate their achievements.
- Assist students in improving academic performance through communication with teachers and academic guidance.
- Conduct homeroom morning meetings and extended homeroom sessions.
- Handle student conflicts and accidents promptly and report major issues to the school.
- Participate in school field trips, cooperating with colleagues on arrangements and student safety.
- Communicate with other teachers regarding student emotional development and provide guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive school atmosphere and participate in school activities.
- Assist with other duties as reasonably requested by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in a related subject.
- Teaching certificate.
- Two or more years of teaching experience in the subject.

Salary/Compensations
- Monthly salary 29,000 to 35,000 RMB
- Monthly housing allowance is 7,000 RMB
